Operations workshop:
TFIA are delighted to offer this fashion business operations workshop. This is a practical 'hands-on' opportunity to help you build more positive communication with your suppliers both locally and off-shore. All participants will have the opportunity to build their own customised business operations manual during the workshop, specifically for those sourcing in the fashion industry, covering:

- Production/Quality
- Branding
- Product Liability
- Distribution & Delivery
Understanding your TCF Award obligations:
The workshop will also include the 'Plan for People - Understanding your TCF Award obligations' presentation. Gain a valuable insight into your obligations and responsibilities as a result of the recent amendments to the Fair Work Act and the TCFAI award. Find out what they will mean practically for your business, your independent contractors and your employees.
Mentoring:
Those who attend this workshop will also be offered an hour of mentoring, taking place on Thursday 16th August 2012.
